For my STEM engineering class clock project, I designed, engineered, finished, and built a modern and stylish wall clock that now hangs proudly on my bedroom wall. As seen, I have based my clock on a fighter jet. The clean geometric lines and outward fins of a jet gives a 3D feel, perfect for such a project. However, just like building a fighter jet in real life requires many different components, such as engines and electronics, and years of development effort, this clock required significant work in many different areas over a period of time known as the design process.
